Job description

1. rovide professional recruitment services to both multinationaland domestic clients in Financial Services industry

2. Compile search strategy upon the kicking-off for assignments

3. Execute different modes of engagements for clients assemblingvarious research tools to ensure a quality and effective process

4. Involve in full process execution of sourcing prospects,interviewing candidates, profiling assessments, documenting premium candidates,developing progress reports, conducting references and facilitating offernegotiations

5. Assist in Business Development for new clients/projects

-Bachelor/Master degree from top tier universities

-Good business sense and ability

-Excellent communication skill and presentation skills in bothEnglish and Mandarin
