Job description

1. rovide professionalrecruitment services to both multinational and domestic clients in FinancialServices industry

2. Compile search strategy uponthe kicking-off for assignments

3. Execute different modes ofengagements for clients assembling various research tools to ensure a qualityand effective process

4. Involve in full processexecution of sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profilingassessments, documenting premium candidates, developing progress reports,conducting references and facilitating offer negotiations

5. Assist in BusinessDevelopment for new clients/projects
