Job description 1. rovide professionalrecruitment services to both multinational and domestic clients in FinancialServices industry 2. Compile search strategy uponthe kicking-off for assignments 3. Execute different modes ofengagements for clients assembling various research tools to ensure a qualityand effective process 4. Involve in full processexecution of sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profilingassessments, documenting premium candidates, developing progress reports,conducting references and facilitating offer negotiations 5.
