Recruitment: 1.Check, record and print incoming applications; 2.Backend search for qualified candidates on external recruiting websites 3.Pre-select the candidates according to the job description and recommend to HR manager; 4.Coordinate with candidates and line managers for interview arrangement and book meeting rooms 5.Deliver the interview result to the candidates 6.Support on Campus Recruitment liaison 7.Collect recruitment data and prepare for weekly reports Other tasks: 1.Support on harmonization activities and related paper work; 2.Carry on other tasks assigned by the HR manager.
