Assist HR Ops Team in facilitating new employee Day 1 training session，Legal document signing, etc; 2. Assisting to organize employee P-files, including scan, maintain, check, deliver files and etc. Follow up pending issues; 3. Other temporary tasks. 职位要求： 1. Bachelor Degrees and above; 2. Interesting and have a base understanding in HR Functional work; 3. Strong communication in Both English and Chinese; Detail oriented, pressure responsive and team working.
