Thepurpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between careeradaptability, positive affection and negative affection of the universitystudents, and to explore the moderating effect of career exploration in thisprogress .A self-administered questionnaire survey method was used to collectdata from 926 university students .A series of hierarchical regression analyseswere conducted for data analyses .The results show that career adaptability ofuniversity students is positively correlated to positive affection ;careeradaptability of university students is negatively correlated to negativeaffection ;career exploration moderates the relationship between careeradaptability and positive affection ,the higher career exploration ,the morepositive career adaptability affected positive affection ;career explorationmoder 2000 ates the relationship between career adaptability and negative affection ,whencareer exploration is high ,career adaptability of university students isnegatively correlated to negative affection ,when career exploration is low ,thereis no effect between career adaptability and negative affection.
